Wholesale Coffee Machines & Espresso Equipment

Coffee Equipment for Your Next Market.

Supporting importers, distributors, coffee retailers and hospitality suppliers with espresso machines, grinders, barista accessories and flexible sourcing solutions.

Choose Your Sourcing Path

Four ways buyers usually start. Pick the one closest to your situation — the quotation will confirm what is possible for the specific models.

Trial & Sample Orders

For testing a model in your own market before committing to volume. Sample quantity, shipping method and cost are confirmed in the quotation; not every model is stocked in single units.

Suits first-time buyers and brand owners validating demand

Bulk Wholesale Supply

Container and pallet quantities of models already in the catalogue. Unit price moves with quantity, so the quotation is built around your target volume and destination.

Suits importers, distributors and retail chains

Mixed Product Sourcing

Machines with grinders and barista tools on one order. Whether a mix is possible depends on model, packaging and consolidation — it is confirmed per order rather than promised in advance.

Suits cafés, hospitality suppliers and multi-category retailers

Distributor Partnership

Ongoing supply with model coverage, spare parts coordination and market-specific documentation. Scope, territory and terms are agreed in writing before the first order.

Suits established distributors and service partners

How Wholesale Purchasing Works

Six steps, each with one decision at the end. Nothing is charged before you approve commercial terms.

  1. 01

    Select Products

Add models to the quote cart, or send a list of models you already know.

  2. 02

    Confirm Specifications

Voltage, plug, control panel language, packaging and any customization are written into the quotation.

  3. 03

    Request Sample or Quote

You receive unit price at your quantity, MOQ for that model, and the shipping option quoted for your destination.

  4. 04

    Approve Commercial Terms

Incoterm, payment terms, inspection arrangement and delivery window are agreed before production starts.

  5. 05

    Production or Stock Confirmation

Stock models are reserved; production models get a schedule confirmed against the factory.

  6. 06

    Shipment & After-Sales Coordination

Documents, tracking and spare-parts requests are handled through the same contact who quoted you.

Commercial Terms

These are the terms a quotation is built from. The specific values depend on the model and the order, so they are confirmed in writing rather than published here.

TopicHow it is handled
Minimum order quantitySet per model. Confirmed in the quotation — some accessories ship in smaller quantities than machines.
Price tiersUnit price falls with quantity. The tier that applies to your volume is shown on the quotation line by line.
Mixed modelsPossible when packaging and consolidation allow. Confirmed per order, not assumed.
SamplesAvailable for most models. The sample is quoted with its own freight, separately from the bulk order.
PackagingStandard export carton by default. Retail-ready or private-label packaging is quoted as a customization.
IncotermsEXW, FOB, CIF and DDP can be quoted. The destination port or address decides which is realistic.
Lead timeDepends on whether the model is in stock and on the customization. Stated on the quotation, not before.
PaymentBank transfer (T/T) is the standard channel. Terms are agreed on the proforma invoice.

Supply for Different Markets

The same machine is not ready for every market. These are the points checked before an order is confirmed.

Europe

220–240V with the plug type for the destination country, plus documentation review for the market you sell into. Certification status is confirmed per model — not every model carries every mark.

North America

110–120V variants where the platform supports them, with the corresponding plug. Voltage availability is confirmed per model before quotation.

Middle East

220–240V, plug type by country, and Arabic or bilingual manuals where the supplier provides them.

Other Markets

Voltage, plug, manual language and importer labelling are reviewed against the destination before the order is placed.

Wholesale FAQ

What is your MOQ?

It depends on the model. Accessories can usually start smaller than machines. The MOQ for the exact model you ask about is stated on the quotation.

Can I order samples?

Yes for most models. The sample is quoted with its own freight, and the bulk order is quoted separately.

Can I combine different models?

Often, when packaging and consolidation allow it. Send the list and the destination, and the quotation will say what can be combined.

Can you supply 110V and 220–240V machines?

Some platforms offer both voltages, some only one. Availability is confirmed per model rather than assumed.

Do you offer private label packaging?

Yes, as a customization quoted on top of the product price. Logo files and packaging artwork are reviewed before production.

How do you quote shipping?

From the destination port or address, the volume and the weight. Air and sea options are quoted when both are realistic.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Models, quantity, destination, voltage and any customization. The quote form asks for exactly these.

How do you handle quality issues?

Issues are raised with photos or video of the affected unit, reviewed against the agreed specification, then resolved through replacement parts, repair arrangement or credit as agreed in the order terms.
