Four Support Areas

Manuals & Downloads

Operating manuals and specification sheets by model. Only documents that actually exist for that model are listed as downloads.

Troubleshooting

What to check before a machine is declared faulty: power, water, grind, temperature. Anything involving mains voltage, the boiler or a pressurised circuit is referred to service rather than described as a DIY repair.

Spare Parts

Baskets, gaskets, shower screens, portafilter parts, pitchers and cleaning tools. Send the model and a photo of the part.

Warranty & Service Requests

Coverage is set by the model, the supplier and the sales agreement — it is confirmed in writing with your order, not published as a blanket promise.

Safety First

  • Unplug the machine before any cleaning that involves water near the electrics.
  • Do not open the housing, the boiler or any pressurised part. Those are service operations.
  • If water or steam escapes from the body, stop using the machine and contact us with a photo or short video.
  • Descaling frequency depends on your water hardness; the manual for your model states the interval.

Support FAQ

How do I find the right manual for my machine?

Search by model number or product name above. The model page lists the documents that exist for it.

Which spare parts fit my model?

Send the model and a photo of the part. Compatibility is confirmed before anything is quoted.

How often should I descale?

It depends on water hardness. Your manual states the interval for the model; hard water shortens it.

The machine does not heat up — what should I check?

Confirm the power supply and that the machine is not in a standby mode. If it still does not heat, stop and contact us; do not open the housing.

Can I use any voltage?

No. Each model is built for a specific voltage. Running a 220–240V machine on 110–120V will not work and can damage it.

Is warranty service available in my country?

It depends on the agreement for your order. Remote diagnosis is always available; on-site service and freight costs are confirmed case by case.

Send the Model and the Symptom.

A photo of the machine label and a short description is usually enough to identify the part or the fault. We reply with the next step, not a policy page.
