Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Send the model, the quantity and the destination country and we quote the sample together with the freight. Production quantities follow once the sample and the specification are confirmed.
How do I choose between portable and countertop equipment?
Start with where you will make coffee, your access to power and hot water, and the size of your daily routine. Portable equipment prioritises space and travel; countertop equipment is designed around a fixed coffee station. Check the exact model specifications before deciding.
Are capsule and ground-coffee options interchangeable?
Compatibility is model-specific. Do not assume that a capsule adapter or basket works with every machine. The verified product listing and manual will identify supported formats and accessories.
Will the plug and voltage work in my country?
Plug type, rated voltage and frequency must match your destination and power supply. Choose a supported variant and check the verified electrical rating. A plug adapter does not change voltage.
How are shipping costs and import taxes calculated?

Can battery-powered models travel or ship everywhere?
No. Battery specifications, carrier rules and destination restrictions need to be reviewed for the exact model. Check the carrier or airline guidance and the product documentation before travelling.
How do I check a payment or order?
Use the order lookup page with your order reference and secure token. A payment-provider redirect alone is not proof of payment; the backend confirms the transaction before marking an order paid.
