Quotation before commitment
Product pages are a starting point for model selection. Price, stock, lead time, shipping method, taxes, duties, payment instructions and any customisation are confirmed in a written quotation before an order is accepted.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. The confirmed quotation and order record control if they contain a model-specific term that differs from this general page.
Product and customisation approval
For OEM, ODM and private-label work, production starts only after the artwork, specification, sample or pre-production approval and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
Contact and operating entity
The merchant details shown in the legal notice identify the operating entity for this storefront. Questions about a quotation or order should be sent to the published support or RFQ contact before payment or dispatch.
