A destination-specific quotation
Shipping is quoted from the destination country or address, product model, quantity, package dimensions, weight and available carrier service. The quotation identifies the shipping method, delivery conditions and any taxes or duties that are known at the time.
Dispatch and delivery
Lead time begins after the required specification, artwork, payment or production approval is confirmed. Carrier delays, customs checks and destination restrictions can change the delivery estimate; we will communicate material changes when they are known.
Returns and damaged shipments
Approved return shipments are handled by air freight unless a different method is confirmed in writing. For transport damage, keep the packaging and contact us before disposal so the carrier claim can be supported.
